IE51: Burned Out Teachers. Doing the Right Thing.



At some point in an educator’s career, he or she is bound to sail into the doldrums of teaching. Some will manage to find new inspirations and sail on, while others will remain trapped indefinitely. Burned out teachers can easily throw in the towel and relegate themselves into doing the minimal work. Some do, yet others don’t. Why does one group give up, while others stay in and continue the good fight?
